Indigo Signworks Announces Eric Gibson as CEO
Indigo Signworks announces the addition of Eric Gibson as Chief Executive Officer. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across multiple industries that include manufacturing, medical devices, nutritional foods and pharmaceuticals, Eric brings a proven track record of success to Indigo Signworks.

Eric joins Indigo Signworks from Ultra Machining Company, where he served as President. During his tenure, UMC grew significantly and was awarded the 2015 Midsize Manufacturer of the Year by Minnesota Business Magazine and the 2018 Medium Size Manufacturer of the Year by the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Business Journal. In 2016, Eric was named Manufacturing Executive of the Year by the Minnesota Business Magazine. Prior to UMC, Eric served as VP of Channel Marketing at Medtronic Inc. where he led numerous sales, marketing, service and training teams and initiatives.
In addition to his executive leadership roles, Eric served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce from 2015-2019. He is an adjunct professor in the MBA program at the University of St. Thomas since 2015, teaching a class on leading change. He holds a BS in Biology from Oregon State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Eric resides in Minneapolis, MN, and is based at Indigo Signworks’ Twin Cities office located in Chanhassen, MN.
