Summary

The primary role for this position is to work with the Sales Team as needed on projects, manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, help facilitate sales leads that develop into new customers, and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsibility of job is to assist the sales representatives in managing the project execution from signed contract thru the project invoicing. CSR will work with the sales representative, install foreman, installers, and customer to make sure they are aware of install dates and other issues that may arise throughout process. Once project is completed the CSR will make sure invoice, completion photos and signoff are sent to the customer so that they are satisfied with the project and Indigo Signworks is paid in a timely mater.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Essential Functions

  • Manage significant amounts incoming calls
  • Assist with sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and assist with call handling
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Become proficient in use of KeyedIn and Insightly software
  • Work closely with design, estimating, purchasing, shipping, installation and all production departments to ensure projects are done timely and accurately
  • Apply for permits when required
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from customers, internal departments and Sales Reps
  • Assist walk-ins and phone clients
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of job
