The health and well-being of our clients, employees and communities we serve is of paramount importance. During these uncertain times related to the COVID-19 outbreak, we feel it is important to update you regarding our commitment to provide service and support.

Communication and transparency are critical right now, so here’s what we want you to know:

How is Indigo Signworks responding to COVID-19?

  • We are following the recommended WHO guidelines to minimize risk to our employees and the community at large.  We are prepared to maintain operations and respond to your needs and questions.  In the event any circumstances change, we will contact you directly.
  • With the nature of our low-contact services, we plan to operate and perform all sign services as requested by our clients. In addition,  we will attempt to comply with recommended social distancing practices and will limit approaching your onsite personnel unless required or requested.
  • We intend to send all proposals and invoices digitally via email.  We will also provide all clients the imminent option to video conference to consult or complete your project in real-time. 
  • We are here for you.  If there are any on-premise employee or patron communication needs that you may have during this challenging time, reach out and let us know how we can help.
