Getting to Know You:

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Pelican Rapids, MN and lived there much of my life. I lived in St. Cloud for a year not long after high school, but I have resided in Fergus falls for the last 20 years.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I have been in the sign industry for 26 years. I have done a variety of different job functions throughout my career in the industry starting with sales and vinyl graphics working my way through fabrication, service and installation. I have enjoyed my time in the sign-world, and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

How would our family and friends describe you?
This would depend on which family and friends you’d ask. My closest friends and family would probably describe me as a someone that likes to keep to himself and doesn’t like to be the center of attention. They’d say that I like to make people laugh and I have a very dry/sarcastic sense of humor.

What are you most excited about by working at Indigo Signworks and why?
I am the most excited to be back working with other sign people. In my previous position, I was really the only other person there that had sign industry knowledge. I am also excited about new opportunities that are awaiting us in the future with the endless possibilities we will be offering our customers.

What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?
I like to spend my spare time in the winter, or after a long day of work, catching up on movies and TV to decompress. When the weather is nice, I like to be outside golfing, fishing or going out for walks with my dog Raider.

What’s one bizarre fact about yourself?
I have self-diagnosed insomnia and get 2-3 hours of sleep each night.
